Exercise One – Shoulder Shimmy

Used to release tension and exercise the trapeziums in the neck and shoulders, simply squeeze the shoulders towards the ears and hold for ten seconds then relax. Repeat five times.

Exercise Two – Derrière Definer

Used to help tone the muscles in the bottom, this exercise requires squeezing the gluteus muscles (the bum) holding for ten seconds and then relax. Repeat five times.

Exercise Three – Shin Strengthener

Keep the foot still but lift the toes as high as possible and hold for ten seconds. Repeat five times. This will help work the muscles on the front of the shines.

Exercise Four – Stomach Shaper

This exercise is great for improving tone and definition to the stomach area. Sitting up straight, squeeze the abdominal muscles as if trying to touch the ribs, hold for ten seconds then release. Repeat five times.

Exercise Five – Thigh Firmer

Insert a small pillow or soft object between the knees, squeeze for ten seconds and release. Repeat five times. This exercise will help improve strength and tone of the thighs.

Exercise Six – Forearm Fixer

While holding the steering wheel, clench the wheel tightly for ten second, before easing off. Repeat ten times to help tone the muscles of the forearm.

Exercise Seven – Calf Curler

When the car is stationary, put both feet flat on the floor then raise the heels as high as they will go, hold for ten seconds and release. Repeat ten times for a full calf work out.

Exercise Eight – Bicep Embracer

Holding the handle located above the driver-side door, pull the body out of the seat and squeeze the bicep. Lower the body back down and repeat ten times. When the vehicle is parked, move to the passenger side and repeat. This exercise helps to improve the strength and definition of the upper arm.

Exercise Nine – Tricep Intensifier

While seated lay hands flat on the seat, fingers pointing forwards. Using both hands slift the bottom off the seat and hold for ten seconds. Gently lower the body and repeat ten times.
